How It Works
The Envelopments Extension for Adobe Illustrator CC acts as a bridge between concept and completion by both allowing you to design each component individually, then build and compose the entire layered ensemble, complete with inserts tucked into pockets. Product views allow you to choose how you’d like the product to be displayed; opened or closed, front or back and patterns shown on the exterior or interior of products. Quickly create a digital prototype in a sharable format. Once your project prototype is ready for production, you can create print-ready files to produce yourself or have Envelopments do it for you using a multitude of digital or traditional press printing techniques including Foil Stamping, Letterpress, Blind Embossing, Blind Debossing, Thermography and Screen Printing.

There are two aspects of design when it comes to producing printed communiqués — the graphic design and the paper goods. Any semi-custom design template featuring Wedding, Baby, Birthday, Religious and Holiday occasions is preloaded in 3 color ways of Pocket Enclosures, Scored Stocks and Layered Cards. You can add or remove layers and coordinating accessories, then personalize the fonts, motifs and ink colors in these designs.
Want to explore your creativity? Start with a clean slate using any of the custom design templates in our Design from Scratch collection of predetermined paper product configurations, then add fonts, motifs and ink colors from our library to convey your message.
Once you have made your selections, you have easy access to your costs, including products, printing and even assembly for your project in wholesale or retail pricing with a single click.
Quickly prototype, share, proof and order in increments as low as 10 quantity, then save a template of what you built for future projects. The Online Design Tool was created to assist with Digital CMYK, White, Gold and Silver Printing. Additional printing methods are available through our Customer Service department.

How It Works
Upon downloading, you will receive a 11.52x11.52” JPG image at 300 dpi, in RGB color mode for use with an active Envelopments Wholesale account. While you can utilize a variety of professional design software to overlay your designs onto our images, we recommend using a combination of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
Included in the download is a file that contains a complete listing of all dimensions and specifications for the paper products used in the Mockup Photograph so that you can easily show and sell your design projects.
Use Adobe Illustrator to create your custom designs, then copy and paste artwork for each component as individual layers onto their corresponding print panels in Adobe Photoshop. Manipulating the layer opacity and using “Multiply” as the blending mode will create more realistic results for the imposed print panels.
You can take your creativity a step further by cropping, rotating and editing the colors of images to maximize the versatility of each image and seamlessly integrate into the mood of your brand aesthetic.
